I went into my local BestBuy and they had a demo unit out; I decided to try it out.

For comparison, I have a sony CLIE NX70v.

It was faster and very responsive. The screen was bright and sharp. Thinner and lighter. I think an actual metal cae would've been a better touch though.

I almost bought it, but my trusty CLIE is still chugging along. If it died right now as I type, I would pick up the T|X in a heartbeat.

I did notice the lack of a soft or virtual button for "Home", but no biggie for me.

I have a NX80, and could never give up the keyboard, 1.3mp camera, voice recorder, etc. :)

:) Yup, I'm back. I have a Dell Axim x51v on order. It should arrive tomorrow. If that was not on it's way, I probably would've got the T|X.

I miss the days of converting videos. I still record videos using my TV capture card. I will be watching the videos on my Axim x51v.

I will probably be spending most of my time on Aximsite.com, though dropping in here from time to time.
