ive encountered a STRANGE problem and you'll find it strange too.
follow the story below. i ripped two movies Movie A and Movie B.
I ripped Movie A using DVDdecryptor (DVDDecryptor recognised it as a 30fps movie.). Changed the .VOB extensions to .MPEG. Loaded the movie in Vegas 6 (Vegas 6 recognized it as 23.976fps movie!) and converted the movie to PSP format AVC MP4. Excellent sound and video quality and NO sticky frames! whereas Image Converter 2 plus gave me sticky frames for the same movie.
Now I ripped Movie B using DVDdecryptor (DVDDecryptor recognised it as a 30fps movie.). Changed the .VOB extensions to .MPEG. Loaded the movie in Vegas 6 (Vegas 6 recognized it as 29.970fps movie!) and converted the movie to PSP format AVC and I get sound atleast a minute behind the movie..... rather the movie moving too fast. if i use Image Converter 2 plus i get sticky frames. This problem is more pronounced on the PSP than the UX50.
Also any other movie with 29.97fps recognized by Vegas 6 has the same problems as Movie B.
I dont get why from a 29.97 fps MPEG to 29.97 AVC with Vegas 6 gives me audio desync.
p.s. it doesnt matter if the .vobs are big or small. Ive tried breaking them into smaller chunks.
