It doesn't have a download link.  It is actually a final year project for one of the Computer Science class in Hong Kong Chinese University.  The program is made by three students, and you can obtain a copy (if they let you) by requesting it from their instructor.

But be aware of the speed, it is very slow to load / run and only supports minimal ActionScript.
