Language of OS outside US

Has anyone been able to see whether the Tungsten TX sold outside the US has the possibility to have the OS in english?

If past devices are an indication, devices sold in Europe and many other parts of the world will have the so-called BEFIGS ROM. On such devices, one can select the desired language the first time one starts the device or after a hard reset. The choices are from: Brazilian Portuguese, European English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
