Hard reset - how to?

I am trying to do a hard reset on my T615C and am not be successful. I follow the instructions but without success.

Any ideas??

Read reset primer in Tanker Bob's Palm OS Page (http://www.tankerbob.com/palm/).

Press & hold power button, poke the hole in the back while holding down the power button, wait until Palm Powered logo appears, release the power button press, answer the question on the screen (press up to delete all data and to complete the hard reset).
