Is there a TCPMP-like app on the PSP?

Hi, anyone knows if there is a TCPMP-like program on the PSP? Converting to mpeg-4 takes too much time on my slow PC. I rather like something that you can drop mpg (from Video CDs) into the card without conversion, something I do with my Palm and TCPMP.

I rather use my PSP for movie watching because it has a bigger screen than my Palm, and it's user-replaceable battery means I doesn't have to worry as much about charge/discharge cycles.

Not as far as I know.

You are stuck with conversions unless you buy one of the MS recorders coming out on the market.
Of course depending on what you are converting and the speed of the machine doing it, that CAN take a bit of time so I understand fully.

I actually went the opposite direction, dropping the PSP and going back to my TH55 running TCMP as my mobile media machine.
