Every time I hor sync I get Fatal Alert. Have done numerous hard resets and now the keyboard won;t come up. When I touch the letter a it beeps but the keyboard does not show. The same with the numbers. Have removed software and reloaded. Down loaded drivers. Do not know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
