CF slot for SJ33

Would there be a way of producing an adapter or some other way of getting Cliés to run CF cards (other than the NX and NZ).

SOny can do anything they want to, it is just a matter of whether they will put it into production or not. I am guessing not since they just want you to upgrade your clie.

While physically possible, I wouldn't count on it ever happening. Sony isn't going to make it because it wants you to use Memory Sticks. That leaves a third-party company. Developing hardware for handhelds is expensive and extra difficult because models change so fast.

Unless you're already a big CF card user, it looks like you won't need a CF card adapter for models that don't have CF slots because MS Pro. may work. If someone can try the suggestions in one of the threads here in CLIE Source that talks about formatting the MemStick Pro. into FAT16 we would finally know for sure whether Memory Stick Pro. works with older models.
