I have writing problem. When I write by stylus it doesn`t work or comes up diffirent letter, sometimes change to unoder page, for instance from writing to date. Digitizer doesn`t help to solve the problem. I would like to try to reset, but have no idea how to do it. I know there are two resets Soft and Hard. What`s diffirent and how can I do this? I know that I will lose all data. If I back up everything to MS will be everything back after restore? I mean will be icons on its place? This is what I concern about, that I won`t be able to use my Clie anymore.
Please help!!!

Not really sure what your problem is. Is it bad Graffitti recognition? Can you describe your problem in more detail?
As for resets, a soft reset is done by poking the little hole in the back of the Clie. You won't lose any data. A hard reset is performed by holding the power button and poking the reset hole. Release the power button when the Palm logo appears. And then there's the war reset too...
Try doing a search on the resets in this forum. There were a lot of posts on this.

Thanks Sideway. This is me, from above, but now as registered user. Describe my problem? Mmm...OK. when I want to write soemthing using stylus I need to try to write several times on pad because letter don`t apear or sometimes instead of "I" comes up ")" or something else. "O" is often "U" or "L". When I got my Clie everything was working great. I have never drop it and so on. Always keep in good shape. Writing problem had begun suddenly. It drives me crazy from time to time, first of all when I need to make quick note. Do you have any idea? I posted thread here about it and got only answer to reset, but never have done it. Why? I wrote above. Thanks again for your kind help:-)
Try to write big letter and don't write too fast. I practise it with Graffiti and refer to Graffiti Help screen every now and then.
Tanker Bob's Palm OS Device Page (http://www.tankerbob.com/palm/) has a excellent primer on resets.
