Docs to Go auto off problem

Docs to Go was working great for me. I use on my TJ37 with the Sony compact keyboard to take notes in my college lecture courses. For a while, all was well.

Now, however, for some reason whenever my clie turns itself off after I don't type for a minute or so, Docs to Go will close my document, and go back to the Docs to Go start screan where you can open your files. this is very bad because it does not auto save my file, so everything I type before an auto off gets lost unless i save every couple of minutes.

Before I didn't have this problem. I could even leave Docs to Go to use other programs, and when I returned It would be right where I stopped typing before, nothing lost.

Why is it doing this, and how can I fix it?

I should also mention another problem I've noticed. I keep all my documents in a folder on my memory stick, always have. It usually isn't a problem.. but every once in a while Docs to Go won't show some of my files, even after searching for them. It just acts like they aren't there. Other times, it will show two copies of my files, as if I copied them, even though I didn't. At Other times it will show two copies of my files, one that has more info than my others as if I had updated one and saved it as a seperate file.

this doesn't happen ALL the time, but it does happen, and it's annoying. if anyone can solve either this problem or the one I told of above, PLEASE HELP. :(

Before what? Has something changed in your handheld?

Not that I know of. When I said before I just meant before this point in time.

Contact Dataviz tech support. Otherwise, I would delete DTG and reinstall. That is likely what they would first suggest. Who knows why these crazy things happen.
