I had purchased a previous version of this theme. Are updates free. If so how do you update without buying again.

I have downloaded Crystal Clie to my NX70, I see it great in preview but when I try to apply it everything freezes with a white screen and i have to do a soft reset. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I have this problem with other skins as well
