Where is that? All I see for the Divx Create Bundle is that it gives you Divx Converter (15 day trial), Divx Pro (6 month trial), and Divx player which is free. Am I missing something?

Unfortunatly the offer was removed and the page was taken down around noon (Central Standard Time USA). The page now says:

It is strange. With the widespread usage of RSS feeds and web sites like digg companies should probably expect massive hits whenever a product of any value is offered for free download. I managed to get a serial code in my mail after I saw it on threadwatch's feed.

I got a free copy of this when they were giving away serials but I am not quite sure what I am supposed to do with it. I tried converting wmv video to divx but it came out HORRIBLE quality. What exactly does this software do?
