where do you want to set the pic for? Calendar view or favorites view? In any event, just click the menu button, scroll over to display options and the rest is self explanatory.

Hey Heather, have you seen this (http://palmaddict.typepad.com/palmaddicts/2005/09/im_begging_you_.html) ? Maybe you can get someone at your company to read and respond to it. Or the least you can do is let us know what us LifeDrive users can look forward to. Meaning, any upgrades, etc. Its really not fair that this product has been out for months, and we havent had any of our issues addressed. A nice "we are aware of this issue and we are working diligently (?) to fix this problem" would keep us calm for a while. Just to let us know our voices are being heard.

TimothyP, I appreciate your message. Also, I am not with Technical or Customer Support and only refer individuals to the Palm Inc. Knowledge Library to help them resolve issues. I am aware of the article. I can assure you and the author (I contacted the author two days ago) that I will bring his letter to the attention of the appropriate department.

Heather, if you are not with Technical or Customer Support, is this like a hobby for you? So far all you seem to do is tell us to go to the Palm website. Has it ever occured to you that if the Palm website answered any questions we wouldn't be asking them here??
Please stop refering people to the Palm website unless you can specifically answer peoples questions. Those of us who get frustrated with Palm's lack of customer service online and on the phones get really annoyed when you do it.
