Kinoma player problems

Has anyone else had a problem with the audio on Kinoma player not being in sync with the video on their SJ33? Mine starts out in sync, but as the video plays, the syncronization gets progressively worse. The video and audio work fine on my brother's T-615. Sony support refuses to help because it's 3rd party software. Also, they don't believe me that it and Bejewelled are in Rom (so why do they survive a hard reset?).

I had some problems with the included Kinoma player which were solved by downloading the latest version from the Kinoma website. My problem involved the sound cutting out altogether requiring a stop then restart to get it back. As for Bejeweled it's definitely in my ROM & I'm happy to have it. :)
