Will Nokia 3650 Bluetooth work with NZ90?

I'm thinking of upgrading my Nokia 6210i to the Nokia 3650, will the bluetooth connection works? Do I need to install a Nokia 3650 driver on the NZ90 , if yes, where can I download the driver?

yes it works w/ 6310 driver. Tried sms and dialup.

Yes, the Nokia 3650 works with the NZ90. I use it to connect to the internet via bluetooth on t-mobile. However, I have not been successful in using the built-in SMS as it requires a driver. I think I tried the 6310i driver but it wouldn't let the sms go thru.

I'm just curious, you already have all of the functionality of the Nokia 3650 on the NZ90 (camera, color, etc) why would you spend an extra $450 for the Nokia 3650? Tech toys are status symbols, eh?

I can't get a Nokia with bluetooth at that price other then the 3650, 6310i is not available in Singapore. When I ask around, every one told me to stay with Nokia, Erison is too slow, Motorola not user friendly.

How about Siemens S57(S55)? will it work with NZ90?

I'm using 6310's driver to connect to 3650 . In order to use 3650's sms u need to pair the phone and nz first, then go to Pref->Phone, choose edit connection, edit bt to nokia, change the device to point to your 3650.

Under Pref, clicking on "test" the phone connection will give u errors. dont worry abt the error mesg as nz found the name return by 3650 is not the same as the driver (we are using 6310 driver)

and btw, 3650 rocks... look for the software called ImageSpy. (will u singaporean get fine for using this s/w ? ) :) :)

8910 works well w/ nz. same trick as 3650.

i found a link for some generic gsm driver for the nz90, i'm not sure if it works since i haven't got my nz90 yet in my hands, here is the link to some generic gsm driver (http://www.clie-link.com/info/SonyGSM_UK.htm)

I tried the generic gsm driver as well as 6310i and I get an error saying 'invalid phone setting' when I try to send an sms using the nz90.

So, how do you trick the nz90 into thinking that it's talking to a 6310 when in fact it's a 3650?
