TJ 37 wil not send e-mail, but does receive

All POP3 and SMTP settings are correct according to my internet provider. Internet provider says contact SONY, Sony says "talk to internet provider"??? I have had the Clie for a month, can't send e-mail??? Any assistance or suggestions here?

It would help if you tell us what app (on your Clie) you are using to read your e-mail, what kind of e-mail account you are using (through your ISP, personal/business website, POP3 or IMAP, Hotmail, etc.) and what exactly is happening when you try to send.

The doctors can't help you if you don't tell us where it hurts and how you hurt it! ;)
