Four new reference works have been released for the MyBible software.

I was excited to find these and immediately downloaded them. If you are a current user, look for an email announcement from Laridian. I like having the reference material in my pocket. Over 4,300 pages of information and takes up only 19 meg.

Laridian(r) announced today the release of the New Bible Commentary, New Bible Dictionary, New Dictionary of Theology and New Dictionary of Biblical Theology- four leading Bible reference titles for use with MyBible(r) 4, its software for Palm OS(r). These four titles add to the growing list of Bible study resources available for MyBible 4.

These four companion volumes provide a library of essential reference material for every student of the Bible. The New Bible Commentary is the completely revised 4th edition and includes commentary for every book of the Bible, book introductions and more. The New Bible Dictionary is a comprehensive, up-to-date reference with over 2000 articles on the people, places, words and doctrines of the Bible. The New Dictionary of Theology covers the key individuals, ideas and movements in the history of Christianity. The New Dictionary of Biblical Theology builds on the other volumes by revealing the thematic terrain of the Bible.

The four reference titles sell for $16.99 each or can be purchased as a four volume set for only $49.99.

My most used Bible app . . . Laridian has a good interface between Bible and reference books, making it seamless and easy to get clarification and explanation on key words, thoughts, and passages, further enriching one's quiet time relationship building with God! ;)
