t615 usb driver

Hi just bought a t600c secondhand - couldn't afford a new one.

I was unlucky enough not to get a cd with it - all i need is the usb driver - if you can help me out with that I would really appreciate it.

I could give you access to my ftp server or something. Any help is appreciated.

Oh, one more thing, I think the t615 usb driver should work with it - it seems that the hardware specs are not so different (if it doesn't work that would only be due to sony wanting to make resales on their cds...)

I went ahead with the advice above, registered, then looked at the downloads available - it had a big warning about installing the incorrect drivers for devices from elsewhere... so at that point I decided to register to the Japanese site.

Seems I will get there finally, the Japanese site seems to have a lot more to it though, and to register I have to take a code from the guarantee - problem is it won't accept it due to it already being registered under the original owner's name.... tried to call the service desk to change the registration over - but no banana - they won't be answering the phones until the weekend is over.

Still, it seems you have all put me on the right track - and I guess I will get where I want to be in the next few days.

Will let you know how it goes. If there are any Japan specific questions out there let me know - i have an engineering background and speak/write/read Japanese.... so if there is something someone wants to know about new products etc... I will look into it next time I am at sony shop etc.
