it should, but you probably have to add the patch on the sony site... I have no direct experience other than the MS Pro 256 works (although the PRO is waiting for a patch for msimport)

Can run MP3's (15 hours...)

PowerRun works fine

MS Import does not work

Need A MSAC-US20 (USB) or MSAC-PC3 (PCMCIA) to load it with non PRC, PDB files. TheMG format patch avail on the sony site avoid the blue screens on XP

kikouyou - I didn't think Sony released yet the official "add this patch to use the memory stick pro sticks on your NZ" patch. assuming I'm correct, is the progress you've been able to make w/your 1Gb stick just the best that can be done w/o the patch?

i think he used either of the 2 MS readers he mentioned... only thing that doesn't work with ms pro (1gb stick) is the msimport...

are the newer magicgate MS's incompatible with standard card readers? (or is it primarily a driver/xp problem?)

Is the MS Pro can be use with MS adapter PCMCIA card?

Sony has released the drivers for it's VAIO computer line. Don't know if it will work for MS readers. I don't have a MS Pro stick yet to test the PCMCIA adapter I have, plus I have MS drives on several of my VAIO PC's.

However, I hope to get a new MS Import to have an easy access to the memory.

is the link for a memory stick pro, or a reader that reads pro?

sony has a number of readers that work with their patch on the sony web site (a different patch, for the PC)

sandisk makes one reader that works with the pro... look on their site..

the pro sitcks are available off the shelf at compusa..

well greg just go to www.tigerdirect.com and search for memory stick pro the previous post was for the purchase of the magic memory sticks for 499.99, ... dont think ill buy sonys mem stick pro, they are askin something like 649.99 for their brand stick

yes the pro "works" in the nz EXCEPT FOR MSIMPORT OR ANY OTHER WAY TO TRANSFER AUDIO OR VIDEO

maybe you read this time...

look, i don't mind you did not pay attention, but consider all the other people you are confusing by passing bad information and not taking the time to read first... read the site, try the pro, msimport does not work...

Read somewhere on this site the ms pro patch for clie will be out in mid april..... a week more to go, can't stand the wait :(

I know you understand, but that patch is making all of us MS Pro users crazy since we really need msimport and the others fixed! I'll bet it is a system patch "down deep"

but there is hope... give me a few more minutes, I think I have a way to shove mp3's into the pro... running the test right now..
