Hey fellas
I have a pretty easy question. I'm very interested in the PalmOne Treo 650 because I want to use it to make sports wagers when I'm on the go. The problem is I need to make sure the device will allow me to entire PINs and passwords before I do. I have an IPAQ that I do it on now but its way too slow.
Anyway, I went to a Cingular store and under password it'd say "unassigned" and if you clicked on it, a new box would open up where you could type your password but then it would go right back to "unassigned." I figured it was some security precaution. Of course I've been to 3 more stores and been on the phone with their technical support and no help. It's really aggravating- I'm trying to buy their product and have a relatively simple question and they just can't answer it for me.
So I figured I'd find a forum and just ask someone who has one if they can do things with passwords. If anyone could just tell me if your device can go to:
1) Sportsbook.com. Under both username and password, just type: "peter" and see if it lets you on. (That's not my account- its a guest account).
2) Jagbet.com. There should be a flashing button on top that says "login here" and just type "guest" under both account and password.
That's it! There's a ton more but these should be representative. Can you get on?
