Check the wireless forum.

I'm using a T615 to connect to the Internet using my T68i's GPRS
connection. Here it is in short (I use Cingular in the Bay Area, so YMMV):

On the T68i:
Menu --> Connect -- > Data Comm. --> Data Accounts
- Add Account
- Select GPRS DATA
- Name: call it whatever you like.
- APN: ISP.CINGULAR
- Username: WIXDC001@W5.MYCINGULAR.COM (case-sensitive)
- Password: ZXY203DC9K0402
- Password.request: "off"
- Allow calls: "Automatic"
- IP Address: Leave default
- DNS Address: Leave default
- Advan.Settings: Leave default
Now go back and edit the account you just created and note
the CID=#. The number will be the Connection ID you'll use
later on the Palm. On mine CID is 3.

In Palm Preferences--> Connections:
- Create a new connection
- Use whatever name you want, I called mine "CingularGPRS"
- Connect to: "Modem"
- Via: "Infrared" (this is why I wish Sony had a Bluetooth
enabled Clie"
- Dialing: "Touch Tone"
- Volume: "low"
- In the Details section:
- Speed: "57600" (any faster and it wouldn't authenticate"
- Flow Ctl: "Automatic"
- Init String: ATZ (I don't think this is necessary but...)

In Palm Preferences--> Connections:
- Select Service: "Windows RAS"
- Username: WIXDC001@W5.MYCINGULAR.COM (case sensitive)
- Password: ZXY203DC9K0402
- Phone Number: *99***3# (this is the CID from above)
- In Details:
- connection type: "PPP"
- idle timeout: "never"
- query DNS: box checked
- IP address: box checked (Automatic)

Now grab a browser and you should be able to connect.

Each GSM operator would have different set-up. Blastradius's set up are generally correct but you need to check with your carrier on the username, password, DNS, IP address, and phone number. Bravo to Blastradius for sharing detail info.

I've been using PocketLink but it is far from perfect! I tried Xiino too but personally I think it's worse than PocketLink.
