I recorded 1SRC Podcast 37 last night with Josh Curry of Maximum Geek, but then his laptop overheated and shut down before we could encode it. Josh is rebuilding the file from the Audacity temp files, and we'll have the podcast up as soon as possible. Sorry about the delay.

Maybe we should look into a class action suit for the 'Mental Anguish' of prolonged Kirvin withdrawal

It's so all Josh's fault. All lawsuits should be directed to Josh Curry, Wichita, KS.

I'm working on rebuilding it, but it's over 450 temp files I have to put back together, and audacity gives me no easy way to do it but loading up each clip and then cutting and pasting. You can sue if you want to, but I've got no money. I'll get the recompiled podcast to Jeff ASAP.

We can be patient. I've fille my time listening to Tyler's weekly and three short casts from Sammy, the head of PalmAddict. And 41 minutes of Donna Dubinsky.

I read about that. Microsoft patented the rotation wheel. LMAO at Apple. I understand their patent was denied but they should keep on top of that kind of stuff. Microsoft is always taking something from Apple. First Windows now this.
I think that the HTC Universal will be a killer. It will finally show the potential of a clamshell device. Did you see the size of the battery. Its the same exact thing I wanted Sony to do with the UX.

Can MS really steal something that Apple stole from someone else?
Edit: I should have said steal something from Apple that Apple stole.

I'm hoping it makes them see the light and they help fight against the stupidity that is software patents.
In another world, maybe it'd be feasible, but because ALL companies INSIST in patenting things that are so ridiculously trivial, and that the bloody patent office *actually* GRANTS these stupid patents, it just makes the whole system worthless.
I mean, you have stupid things like Clicking, and Question Mark icons being patented FFS!!!
I mean, imagine if someone patented the MOV instruction in assembly back in the day!!
