Hey Folks,
I was wondering if anyone could explain the differences or advantages of these two launchers? They both seem to have similar features and seem to be able to totally skin the UI. Is there a difference between the two I'm not aware of? I haven't tried either one yet on my Treo 650 so I would appreciate any advise! :)
Thanks...

Skin UI from Dmitry is not a launcher, but "simply" a software that skins the Palm OS systems: list, buttons, windows, slidebars and so on...

iSpin does, to some extent skin the UI but only in the launcher screen. If you launch an app, then that will appear as normal with regard to the look of pull down menus, buttons etc. SkinUI skins all of these things, regardless of the application - in a real sense- it skins the OS itself! Its very pretty indeed.

You could in fact use both of these programs at the same time and take advantage of both of their features. I use skinui along with zlauncher. They don't really have the same features at all, so using them both together just makes for an even better experience.

SkinUI will make your buttons, popups, titlebars, scrollbars, interface just look better, the iSpin will make the desktop look good. Alien from iSpin and alienware SkinUI will make your handheld look like some kind of alienware PC ^_^.
