Unable to start PiscalViewer

Nothing happens when I click on it. It was fine one day and now it won't open.

Also does anyone know how to delete programs that were preinstalled. Most are not listed on the delete screen, so I don't know how to remove them.

They are in the rom. Don't try deleting them. They don't take up space anyway.
