I've been doing a search but it doesn't seem to be too many BTToggle users around.
I find this app a must-have, but I am not sure it is working properly on the LifeDrive..

I was using it on the T3 but causes conflict on the LD.

I was using the Bluetooth component (the other options such as power save do not work). I was seeing resets when turning off WiFi that started AFTER installing. I have turned it off as I think it is causing this. I am experimenting today with the netwrok at work.

What sort of conlicts were you seeing KenSong?

I have been using the Bttoggle 2.5 Beta version on my LifeDrive and haven't had any apparent problems.

Good question! I don't know where I got it. I think I found it when I was using a T5 - before the last update that corrrected its many problems. This Beta version worked well on my T5 and, as I said, has worked very well on the LD.

You're right - it *is* a 2.4 beta! - And, it works well! By the logic, the 2.5 should work okay with LD. I just remember that this 2.4 beta was release because of some conflicts with the T5. I wonder if maybe I should install the 2.5?

What threw me off was, it says, "Bttoggle_beta", and, upon opening it, the prc file says: "BtToggle_25_beta.prc". When I open the "about" window, it reads: Version 2.4. At any rate, it works well on my LD.

ah, now that is slightly different. Often developers forget to update the version number in the code so this could be an unknown beta...very strange!

Upon reading this thread, went out on the edge and installed it. I am a registered user from an older unused device and it works as advertised on my LD. I've got it configured to engage bluetooth only when an app needs it and then disengage it when I come out of the app.

Works fine for me.

Yeah, you're right.

I contacted Whizoo to check it out directly and this is the answer:

Hi,

The Bluetooth functionality of BtToggle works on the LifeDrive, but the
Power/Button functionality does not.

Regards,

It seems it works fine apart from the power button functionality ;)

Don't know about the LD, but here I didn't buy BtToggle. Instead, I got Getdeblu and BlueFang, both freeware, and they are quite helpful. BtToggle is still better, but the price is bigger than zero.

Great, I am a registered user so I can finally get BTtoggle to work on my LD. Missed this.
