Connecting a clie to the net with a hotsync cable to the comp?

Okay, I connected to my sis' cell phone, but how do you get onto the internet with that? Do you do IR to PC, Modem or Network? If it's Modem, what number to you put in?

I got it to work on and off. If you do a search here, there is a thread that talks about some of the problems people had getting this software to work. Not sure if it works with ME, but don't think any software really works with ME.:)
