I thought I would post this here also, for I cannot fix this and I have deleted/wipe out completely all palm software, then just added the disc LD that came with it. and still this is what it states.
C:\PROGRA~1\palmOne\PACKAG~1\NPInstal.dll' was not found. Notifers are used by HotSync Manager to inform other applications about synchronizations sessions. Please check your configuration to correct this problem.
HotSync Manager is skipping over this file.
Please can someone help me out of this mess, I am afraid I would just make it worse. thanks Dee
