Is anyone else having this problem? Docs to Go will only open about half of my doc files, and I can't find any rhyme or reason to it. Of course, Dataviz's web site is no help.
Anyone have any ideas?

some suggestions:
-make sure the files have valid extensions (.doc, .xls, .ppt)
-see if it opens on the desktop. Else, the file is corrupt or of the wrong one
-if installing to SD card manually, u need to install to your SD card's directory of \documents
-if installing to SD card manually, u need to tap MENU-->files-->search for files. Wait for about a minute, and check both the "all" and "unfiled" categories.
-use FileZ (freeware) to browse the document and user RAM to ensure that the file really is there
-if installing via conduit, make sure u choose the correct SD card to install to.
-some versions don't support certain filetypes (e.g. DTG v6.x and down don't suport native ppt files, so it needs conversion through DTG desktop first)
-PDFs also require conversions
-if u'r also Dataviz's customer, then theyu'll provide tech support for ppl who bought their software, but only for the most current versoin of DTG
That's all i can think of. Good luck. Let us kno if it worked
I've not had an issue with not being able to open docs. My worst issue has been that every now and again it seems to loose the fact that you are not still in a doc. So when you open an email attachment it says their is a doc already open. Quick solution is to go into any document do a minor edit/save it/exit it and then its back to normal.

I've had DTG go wacky on me a number of times (I have DTG premium). When this happens, I just delete the app on my TX and then do a re-install fro the desktop program
