What kind of file is it? Word, Excel? This is a tuff question lgo25. For the mean time I'll assume that all your colleagues in the office have a Treo 650. An easy and cheap way to get the file to everyone is thru a group email and if they have Docstogo than they'll be able to see the file attached in the email in versamail. Directly from the PC would be to put the file in Docstogo in all the users that Sync with the PC, but you would have to be sure that none of the users have a version of the file that's newer than the file in the PC, this would cause the PC to modify the File to what that user has in his Treo. Hope this works for you.

How to send a group email every day without the big hassle? (this is after you have the file updated in the Treo of course)

Have a look here

thanks for helping...thats the way we're doing it now is thru making where we put the file in all the users that use the pc to hot sync. the email isnt an option right now.

what i was looking for is a central location i can put the word file and then whenever any user hotsyncs, it automatically syncs that file into their palm.

If all of your Treo users are syncing and using Documetns to go, you can set in DTG a default folder for the documents and then sync that way.

Or; you can show them all how to add that doc to DTG/Hotsync and then as they sync, they would not need to do anything else.
