It's not really a rule, I just thought it sounded funny.
I downloaded TCPMP V.66. When I push left or right on the d-pad it jumps to the next movie. V.65 used to jump 10 seconds (user selectable) ahead or back. I really liked this feature, so I reinstalled .65. V.66 still has the time interval setting, but I couldn't find where to make it accessible, it always jumped to the next movie. Did I miss something in the prefs somewhere? I liked how V.66 got rid of the double white pixel border, so if .66 can skip ahead 10 seconds, someone please let me know.
thanks much,
Louis :)

TCPMP will move to the next file on your playlist if you have more than 1 file on it. If you wish for it to jump 10 seconds instead of skipping to the next file, hold left/right instead of just pushing and letting go.

Thanks for the advice! It's working now, sorta like a fast forward. It kinda' gets away from me so I set the time interval to 5 sec.
thanks again,
:)

I have a Sony UX50 and have installed v.66. I still have the white outline on the edge of the screen. Also, when I push the arrow keys on the keypad, I do not get the same fast forward, or rewind, action. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Sorry rudymc,
I've never used a UX50 and don't know why the fast forward doesn't work. If you hold down on the forward or back arrow button, it should start skipping ahead. You can check to make sure the time interval isn't set to 0. As far as the white border, you need to drop the menu and goto "Tweaks...". There you will see a checkbox for the white borderless full screen. You'll also notice that it doesn't work on all devices. Hope it works on yours!

Thanks for the recommendation. The arrow keys don't seem to work on the UX50. Also, when I go to the tweeks, there is no option for the white border. It just has an option to override the battery manager. Maybe these options don't work with the UX50. Thanks again.
