Computer not seeing my NR70V

I have an NR70V and i have been trying to sync music files to it butahve been having some issues. neither ms export nor the sony music software that came with my clie are seeing the clie. and the "removable" hardrive in my computerisnt showing up either. any ideas?

Can't help you on the trouble shooting, but once you figure out the problem, I would recommend drag and drop method via Windows Explorer using "removable drive" .

that just happend to me tonite. I put inmy installation CD and re-installed the memory stick utlitiies again. then I went to MS Import on my unit, hit that, and the PC went through the process of installing the drive to read the memory stick. I've had to do that 3x tonite. I've got me a new computer that my friend put together and he's coming around tomorrow to fix the USB drives, which might also be your problem. Try installing the drive again, see whay happens.

try checking to make sure the contacts on the cradle are touching. Sometimes velco back/pda protectors lift it off the seat a bit. Silly i know but it happens.
