Differnce between Treo 600 & 650

What is the main difference between the Treo 600 and 650, and or advantages and disadvantages if any?

Main differences:
650 has non-volitale memory, removable battery, faster processor, higher resolution screen, and Bluetooth.

Disadvantages to 600, will not work with some programs due to the different memory structure. Other than that is a much better device than the 600.
