Are you going to carry the TG50 nacked?

Everytime I carry around my tg-50 naked people tend to look at me funny. (sorry could't resist) Seriously though skip the case. The screen and keyboard are fully protected so adding another surface over them would be overkill.  I know that some people are going to complain that they don't want the PDA to get scratched or dinged but much like a new car once it first happends your tend to not obsess as much.  Keep it thin and sleek. Be grateful that one company acutally gets it when it comes to protecting the screen. (To me that should be PDA Design 101) I might add a WriteRight one of these days since I tend to use my fingers more with this PDA to avoid pulling out the stylus.

The top corners of the screen flip cover are already wearing away down to the white. The "metalized paint" over these plastic areas is very cheaply, much like my NR70v. Also the metal plate has some minor scratches on mine, I have no idea how. I am super gentle with my CLIE, but I guess accidents happen. My metal cover looks so cheap with the white plastic showing already...
