Owned an iPAQ for some time now and I'm most definitely interested in NZ90. For one, I've been reading about the battery issues which concerns me. Also, however, have a question on Memory Stick. I visted local COMPUSA and they mentioned I need this "Magic Gate" stick to store MP3's, due to copyright issues. Is there any truth to that, or is it OK to use the "regular" one?

Reason I ask is obviously $$$. Thanks.

Use the regular ones. You only need magicgate for storing atrac files. mp3s play fine on regular ms

Battery issue is overblown and Jedix is 100% right on the MP3 issue....
Reason CompUSA recommended MagicGate is obviously money....;)

I agree with the two above posts ... the battery issue is NOT an issue with me and the 'normal' memory stick works fine ...

... If I can copy MP3s from one of those stupid new 'protected CDs' that I have recently bought* and then use the Memory Stick import to put it on my 'normal' (purple) memory stick then there is obviously no problem!

Go for the NZ-90 and the regualr MS.
