strange files in list?

atm i am runnen a zlauncher demo when i look into the files list i see diff db files called xxxxxxxxxxxover (x=diff numbers)does any1 know what they do or can they be deleted ?

Atm i am in process of tryin tons off software and delete most of them after a few hours the best onesd i want to by when i get bigger mem card and navi,or should i just install all new when found my ideal combination?

Those filenames refer to stickers in Datebook. Deleting them will remove the associated stickers, which I do regularly for old stickers.
