Converting Movies to Clie

I converted and transferred a wmv file to my clie using Image Converter 1.5 for the first time yesterday and it worked. I was able to watch and hear the short movie perfectly. However, subsequent attempts have failed. Either there is no video (but there is audio), or the transfer does not go through. When the transfer fails to go through, it also freezes my clie and I have to pull the battery to get a restart. What the heck did I do right the first time and what did I do wrong every other time?!!

Can't answer your question directly as I only use TCPMP... but.. have you attempted to re-encode the original movie that was a success?


If you can repeat the process using the same original file without problems then the problem you are having might be due to the WMV files themselves?

Where are your WMV files from?
