Hi,

I have Windows XP Home edition and created two login accounts, one for my wife and one for me.

I use Tungsten E and she has a Samsung SPH-i500. I have installed Palm Desktop on my account and the Outlook Conduits for the Tungsten E. On her account I have installed Chapura Standard 3.1.3 along with Palm Desktop.

When only one of the User is Logged In(with other logged out), we can HotSync our respective palm devices. However, if both of us are logged in and I attempt to HotSync on either device, the System Restarts.

If you any of you have come across this scenario and know of the solution please let me know.

Thx,
Chandra

My guess is that the conduits are conflicting when you are both logged in. I would install the same conduits for both users (Chapura would be my choice) and see if that solves the issue.
