I'm probably just stupid, but when I install one of the AudioPlayer skins from this site, the program won't recognize the skin (i.e., just says "AudioPlayer skin not installed", and thus won't work. Is there something special I need to do to get these to work?

I have the same problem. I even tried to reinstall skins that I successfully installed before but my AudioPlayer won't work. Can anyone help ?
Thanks.

First thing is that you need to delete any skins that are installed except for the original one in ROM. (The purple/blue version) Use something like Filez.

Next thing is install your new skin onto your MS directly - do not hotsync the skin.

Then locate the new skin on your MS and copy it over.

If that doesn't work then I don't know what else to suggest.
Good Luck!

It worked, thanks !!!

One wierd thing that happened afterward... After I copied the skin, I started AudioPlayer and heard a pop from the speaker. I tried playing a song and there was no audio. To fix this I started the Sound Utility and played one of the alarms. After this, everything was ok, no pops and the sound was back in AudioPlayer.

For those that cant open their AudioPlayer now you need to find the file named "AudioSkin" which is about 84kb in size and delete that file (Using FileZ or McFile) and then you will be able to open AudioPlayer once again. After that follow jims suggestions.
