I was browsing with IE recently and noticed some nice tool-tip type things that I never saw with Opera.
Had a quick look, and it appears you are using alt tags instead of title tags to get image tool-tips.
Would you be able to mod you code so it puts in title="Whatever" keys in your img etc. tags (As well or in lieu of the alt= keys)?
