Can anyone name off any good mail programs that can utilize the hires+ screen? And possibly pics and stuff.
Thanx.

baisically the only good working mail programs are:
clie mail
inbox2go
iambic mail (my fave)
snapper mail (wireless only)
You'll have to try them all out to decide which one you like the best. I'm putting up a review of them all on my website soon, if you want to wait a week, but i figure for now, try them out yourself.
Enjoy.

it's under construction literally as we speak. I'm calling it head2head. Here's my tag for it: Head2Head: Where similar Palm software go head to head in a battle to see which application will better serve your needs. Each week i'm gonna put popular similar applications up against each other and grade them against eachother on a scale using different important characteristics involved with use (predefined) and produce a head2head champion. My first week i think will be email accounts, since i've been testing these a lot lately, but from there i'll do things like wordsmith vs. word2go, agendus vs datebook, launchers etc. There is so much palm software out there, it's often difficult to choose which one is best for you, without spending many hours testing each one out. Hopefully this website will save some people some time. We'll see, i'm hopin to get a basic launch, with first review by either next sunday or monday.
Enjoy.

Can Iambic Mail or Inbox-to-go receive word & excel attachments as well as attach those types of docs to new outgoing mail?

Inbox2Go is your better bet if you want to use word and excel attachements. Although i still think that attachment support right now for any mail program is very weak. But overall Iambic is a better mail client IMHO.
Enjoy.

By the way, Iambic mail doesn't seem to work with IMAP servers, even though it claims to.
I've posted a bug report and request for support on the Iambic site, to which multiple people have responded with the same problem - but we've not seen any response from Iambic (I think it's been about 1.5 to 2 months since I posted the original bug)
I'd say Iambic support leaves alot to be desired and especially poor for them to continue claiming support for a function that really doesn't work.
