My stay on in cradle feature does not work on the nx73v sony clie please help

Do you have the power cable connected to the cradle?

My brother was not using this device and he gave it to me. I noticed it has a socket underneath it but I dont have the power cord for it. Is this what you are referring to.

Yes. If it's not plugged into a power outlet, it will not stay on in the cradle.

I am going to find this power supply cord at Radio Shack

I don't think radioshack carries it. You can find one for cheap on ebay, I'm not 100% sure but I believe it's the PEGA-AC10 you're after.

Your right Radio shack does not have it in fact noboby does, I found some on ebay > A good accessory pack that includes, cradle. charger, headphones, leather case etc.

I have one from my old NX with the USB adapter too. Use the power cord for your cable, and use the USB portion as a portable USB sync cable. $15 paypal shipped.
