Movie Recorder not working...

Recently while I had the CF Utility installed I tried to use my movie recorder and it would give record for a few seconds and skip a bit then it would give me an error message saying something like "due to limitation of loading process, recording is ended." So I did a hard reset thinking that it might have something do to with the CF Utility and tried recording to a blank memory stick with all the default settings and I get the same error message. I fear that it may be something wrong w/ the recording hardware itself but I really hope not. Does anybody know what can be the problem?

The memory card you are using might need to be formatted using the Clie. Backup all the information and then format the card using the Clie. Restore the information and try to record again. It should work unless you are using a CF card that may be too slow. In that case it may not work without getting a faster card.

The only time I had this problem was when I had a CF card inserted in the slot. If I took the CF card out and just had the memory stick installed the movie recorder worked ok.

Oh yes thank you MarkVI. You were right! I formatted the memory stick through the clie and then it worked as good as new again! Thanks
