First Name Last Name in Contacts- No?

I synced my contacts from my old V710 to Outlook and then used the MS Outlook conduit that came with my new Treo 650 from VZW....I see that they turned to Last Name, First Name....? I know I can key in some of the first name and it will narrow them down, but I'd rather have them by first name and use the side volume button with Butler. Anyway, is there any way or sw to get them to First and then Last Name???

Should get Agendus. Goes great with the Treo in that you can track your contact history and you can sort by the way you are looking for :).
