What are people using to write clinical practice guidelines for sharing with others? I like iSilo/MS Word HTML.

Does anyone have links to sites describing best practices for writing handheld-friendly webpages?

Wow, Jim, thanks for that great link.
I was not sure what way I was going to organize my Little Black eBook, now I know.

I like iSilo as well.
I've been amassing iSIlo docs (Surgery specific) at
http://www.anastomosis.net as well as other Surgery Freeware.
I've found that for the best result I do a combo of the methods. I 1st download a htm doc into iSiloX, check it out on the palm for formatting, then edit it in FrontPage/Word so it fits on the palm screen.

I was not sure what way I was going to organize my Little Black eBook, now I know. You might want to take a look at my suggestion for using the Bonsai outliner as a peripheral brain -- that's my little black book replacement. It is far easier to maintain than using iSilo, which I reserve for more complex documents, or for guidelines that I intend to share with someone.

Thanks, your webpage is a great reference.
It looks pretty similar to Hi-Notes.
And the desktop environnement is really a plus!
Thanks

1. I've recently learned how to use freeware 1st Page 2000 to write HTML documents:
http://www.jimthompson.net/palmpda/iSilo/iSiloWritingWith1stPage.htm
2. And I just accidentally discovered that iSilo 3.3 displays in 320x480 when I collapse VG and open the document. But it doesn't display at 320x480 when I open the document while VG is up. (NR70V)
