I apologise for the stupid question up front.
I have an apple iMac, broadband connected, with AirPort built in. To play music stored on iTunes through our stereo, using AirPort Express I've set up a wireless network.
My question is would I be able connect to this network and then simply access the internet/e-mail via a WiFi enabled palm?

My initial response is "yes, I do that", but I actually access the net via a cable modem attached to my Airport Express. It works brilliantly with our home computers & my T5. So if you access your broadband connection via your Airport Express, then I can confirm that WiFI access from your Palm works.
As to whether you could access the net via your iMac - you should be able to, but I don't know for sure. You may need to enable internet sharing from your preferences. I'm sure someone else will confirm or correct me on this...
Cheers,
Tim

Does anyone out their access internet on palm T5 via wifi card connecting to Mac via Airport Express?
I've got it connecting to the network but it wont get onto the internet, access e-mail, etc.
When trying to connect it comes up with Data Timeout error all the time.
Does anyone out their know what I might be doing wrong?

The easiest way to make this work should be to plug the modem into the airport express. This way, it acts as the access point for both the imac and your palm. You will still be able to stream music from your computer to the A.E. and you won't have to set up internet sharing on the imac.
