Big problem with my Clie (voice recorder related)

Hello,

I have a big problem with my NX60. It seems that the button for the voice recorder is remained on "on" position: after a reset, the voice recorder pops up and starts to record. I can't switch to any other application. I mean the screen is sensitive but as soon as I click on the "home" button to switch to other application, the voice recorder pops up again.

My guess is that the voice recorder button or internal wiring is damaged.
I've reset it 50 times (soft, warm and hard), unplugged the battery, tried everything, but no success.

Any idea how to solve this. If necessary, I can get rid of the voice recorder feature (I use it seldom) but I don't know how to do it.

I knew I had seen an answer that could help you here at 1SRC, and after some browsing I found it. The threads that address the button issue had to do with the Power Switch on the NX80/73v, which is prone to breaking.

There are programs that allow you to change the hard buttons functions on your clie, and you can make the voice recorder button do something else (or do nothing, I guess ;) ).
