Hey all, I want a small launcher app that looks exactly or close to the default launcher in all Palms but allows you to change the background to any image from my card. Anyone know any launchers that can do this for me? I want the launcher to leave a very small footprint.

I'd be keen for this as well.

that's what i always look for too. i know that the default launcher in some models from Palm can do it (e.g. Zire 22 and LD). do you think we can get that launcher application and try it in CLIE?

I'm not quite sure what you're after, unless you've got Tungstens with different launchers to the T5. My T5 native launcher will let me set a jpg on my SD card as wallpaper.

Well, with Hi-launcher we have a way to set up our favorite programs, and programs on Int Media/MS. Z launcher is awesome but I really do not flip thru the tabs that often......or use all the features.

I'm looking for a low footprint launcher that just gives us the option to have a wallpaper/background.

haha, i think so too :)

btw, i just recall an old application named Backdrop, which can change background in devices with OS3.5. however, i cannot find a similar app for OS5. any idea?

I guess I'm in an opposite camp. I'd like a launcher similar to the Clie's OS5 launcher. The interface needs to be tweaked a bit because the categories support and the drag and drop both seemed to work oddly but I liked the scrolling list motif.

AppShelf is very nice and simple. It gives me that Clie launcher scan up and down with the jog / 5way navigator I wanted. Good proce too. Thanks for metioning it in your post.
