Can I use CJKOS V4.0 for OS5? What I need is just to read the chinese web document. I do not need to use it for chinese character input.
There are several programs that suit for your need.
handdragon, chos, cjkos.....

If you want to move the Chinese font to your memory stick, choose HandDragon since it has the capability to move the fonts (and input methods) to your memory stick.
The major drawback for this is that when you Clie is in low power, it will disable the memory stick reader and thus you may be unable to read Chinese fonts.
If you want your whole Chinese OS to remain in the Clie memory and you don't need Chinese character input, you can consider Chinese OS (CHOS) since its memory footprint is smaller than HandDragon.

As i know the newest ver. of HD is 3.61a, it just supports the TG50/G (jap. ver.) not for the TG50/H (eng. ver.). Although the HD 3.61a can read/write chinese either on both TGs, but the 3.61a doesn't localize the TG50/H well.

If you use the HandDragon with Chinese handwriting input, then version 3.61a is okay.
However, if you used to input Chinese through the Graffiti keyboard, version 3.61a cannot evoke the Chinese Graffiti keyboard (even with the Keyboard menu command). You have no way to input Chinese then.
