Hello, I've been trying to sync my Tungsten E but when it gets to Versamail, it freezes and won't finish. I've tried reinstalling it with no luck. The last time I tried to sync, I got the following error:
Emul68k main.c, Line: 401, illegal instruction 973E at address 002EFE38.
I then have to press Reset. Also, here's the last HotSync log. Can anyone suggest anything that I can do to get my Palm Pilot back up and running? Thank you!

- VersaMail : The conduit cannot communicate with the program on the handheld. There are two possible causes:
1. The handheld is not properly connected to the cradle.
2. VersaMail has not been configured on the handheld.
Make sure that the handheld is connected to the cradle and that you have run VersaMail at least once.

You must first open the Documents To Go desktop application, select the appropriate handheld user, and synchronize again.
