Once again, an amazing program made even better. A5 is a front end for the palm datebook and todo applications - looks good, lots of features, and the developer is very helpful. You can find it here (http://www.a5agenda.com/) . For me this IS the program to have, plus its free.

I'm using it daily due to many appointments and to-do items waiting for me, this version improves many many stuff, you got to give it a try, as Guildenstern said, the author will answer anything you asked. There are bunch of preferences you can customize, it's free but amazing functions everything.

A5 Rocks! I used it extensively before I went ahead and took the plunge up to DtBk5. A5 is one of the most overlooked and powerful freeware offerings. It is datebook week view that uses the built in DateBook databases. You can add catagories, colors to events, icons (agendus/dtbk5), rapid catagory filtering...on and on this app is loaded. The only reason that even bought DtBk5 was due to DtBk5's more powerful address lookup and linking to appointments.
